PENINGKATAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA INDONESIA DI ERA MEA

ABSTRACT

The era of globalization that is both certain and inevitable for the people of the world must be addressed in an appropriate manner. Physical development as well as human resources becomes the main points to be improved for us to be able to face and compete in the global era. Regional ASIA MEA era is in sight is clear we face, improving the quality of the local community must be well prepared for the Indonesian people as a whole. The education level or standard of education needs to be improved in addition to the constantly working to improve the skills of self that is needed in the MEA era like today. Not just a matter of knowledge and skills that can be acquired through formal education, but also the mental problems, faith and character should also be improved in order to maintain the direction of development of Indonesia that is more stable in the face of MEA era.

ABSTRACT

Indonesia has a diverse society, starting from culture, beliefs espoused, ethnic and others. Developmental problems in people’s lives also appear, in both the highly educated people come to people who are not educated. The problem in this country would have an impact on social life. Most of a person likely to take care of somebody else’s problem than the problem itself. Differences in beliefs and fellow beliefs often form groups or class, so it tends to far from each other. Education social sciences play a role in promoting a peaceful life, to encourage a person to improve adaptation to each other, can improve better communication and improve one’s relationship.
Education social sciences to integrate various disciplines such as geography, history, sociology, economics and anthropology community. IPS implementation of learning emphasis is on the field of education, thus gaining additional knowledge on the attitudes and behaviors, values, and of good character and can play a role in people’s lives and can inculcate a scientific attitude in order to solve the problems faced around. The integration of learning social studies from various disciplines social imu can be done
based on a specific topic that is still associated with other disciplines.
Multicultural education as a strategy to take advantage of the various cultures of different communities of students is unique or typical of students to form a multicultural attitude of mutual understanding and mutual respect so as to create a tolerant education sector. IPS study integration of education in multicultural education can contribute realize strong society in the development of globalization and uphold the basic philosophy states that diversity, make education more increased quality and more advanced.

SUMBANGAN REMITENSI DALAM DUNIA PENDIDIKAN

ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan alokasi penggunaan remitensi oleh keluarga tenaga kerja wanita (TKW), dan mendeskripsikan berapa alokasi penggunaan remitensi tersebut untuk pendidikan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah TKW yang memiliki keluarga yang masih bersekolah di Desa Dono Kecamatan Sendang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 26 karena jumlah seluruh responden kurang dari 100. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis tabulasi tunggal dan persentase untuk memperoleh deskripsi umum setiap variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alokasi remitensi untuk pendidikan sebanyak 5% – 40% dari seluruh remitensi yang dimiliki.

REVITALISASI PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR GEOGRAFI

ABSTRAK

Pengembangan bahan ajar merupakan bagian integral dari pengembangan kurikulum dan pengembangan sistem pembelajaran. Pengembangan bahan ajar merupakan pendekatan sistematik dalam merancang, mengevaluasi, memanfaatkan keterhubungan fakta, konsep, prinsip, atau teori yang terkandung dalam mata pada pokok bahasan dengan mengacu pada tujuan. Melalui bahan ajar, pengajar dengan sendirinya akan mempelajari pengajaranya secara mendalam. Pengajar dapat menjadikan bahan ajar sebagai sarana untuk menyatakan harapan- harapanya di dalam pengajaran.
Peserta didik juga lebih tertarik untuk mempelajari bahan pembelajaran karena bahan ajarnya telah disusun dengan teratur. Tersedianya bahan ajar memungkinkan peserta didik mengurangi aktivitas mencatat sehingga ia dapat lebih banyak waktu untuk memahami suatu pembelajaran. Bahan ajar juga memungkinkan peserta didik untuk mendiskusikan lebih lanjut materi pengajaran.
